Update on home learning:
Good morning Grade 3 parents & students,
Thank you for all your support with the home learning tasks, we have been really impressed with the level of commitment to the learning. Just a note to ask your children to check their emails for an update on today’s work.
100 days of School will take place on Monday, if your child has made a t-shirt to celebrate as per the homework option.
3-way conferences, for G3A, will take place on Monday as scheduled, however please just keep in mind that we have had limited time to prepare due to the school closure. However, it will be a great opportunity for the children to discuss their goals and targets along with ways that we can all support them to achieve them.

UOI: On Google Classroom (https://classroom.google.com/u/0/c/MTUwNTc0NjM5MzNa) you will find an assignment Take action: What can you do?’:
- Take a look at the links for ‘Ideas on how we can start taking action to reduce our Impact’
- After getting ideas from the website links write down how you and your family can take action to reduce your carbon footprint and consumption. This can be found in the classwork tab at the top of google classroom.
You can be creative with how you would like to present your information, google docs, google slides. You could include graphs and charts to support your ideas.
- On Google Classroom, under classwork, you will also find an assignment named ‘division word problems’ please complete the activities and turn in.
- Complete the assignment ‘Data handling’ assignment on Google classroom and turn in when completed.
Art: Continue working on your Canva pages – please email Ms. Daisy if you have any problems.
Music: Please go to the music blog which is found with the links on the right hand side of the blog. https://klearning.ict.kis.ac.th/kblog/musicg3/
RazKids – please can you work on the ‘level up’ assignments only this includes the reading and quiz.
IXL – working on the data handling section to build upon learning in the classroom. If completed please continue to practise chosen areas.
Tynker – If you are continuing with you coding learning, please follow the lessons in order, this will help as we progress to make sure no steps are missed.
In the Event of an Emergency Closure
Emergency closures can happen any time throughout the academic year with little or no advanced warning. In the event of an emergency school closure, the safety and well being of all community members is a priority. It is recognized that emergency closure only happens during crisis and that format, responses and staff/student availability will depend on the reason for closure.
The school will endeavor to provide the most up to date in formation for all families in relation to the emergency situation/closure. In the event of a closure, the school will provide opportunities for home learning to minimize the impact the closure may have on student’s learning.
