This term sees the a major event for Grade 5 with the exhibition taking place on the 26th and 27th March. We would like to share some information with the parents about this process so have arranged a coffee meeting on 22nd January from 7.50- 8.50 in the All purpose room. We do hope that all of you will be there.
We are now beginning the journey of exhibition and are starting this week by identify what our passions are and how these can be linked to our transdisciplinary theme of ‘How we express ourselves’, before we focus on which particular area of study will be chosen for our exhibition.
Maths we will be continuing to look at number patterns this week with missing elements as a forerunner to basic algebra.
In Literacy we will be continuing to work on narrative accounts including using expressive devices such as metaphors and similes to help build the atmosphere of our settings and characters.
