TISAC Basketball Week 5-7

Week 5:

The Senior Girls started the week with a nervy win after a late fight back from Concordian. However the girls held on as they won 24-21. Next was the U15 Boys who traveled to Arena 10 for a friendly football match against Prep. The Wolves were clearly rusty but there was plenty of positives to build on before the TISAC Football season begins. The last game of the week was the U13 Boys who were home to Ascot. The boys were able to pick up their second win in a row thanks to 8 free throws in a row from Earth in the last quarter. Week 6:

First up was the Senior Boys who traveled to Prep for their final games of the season. Despite losing the Senior Boys have come a long way since the beginning of the season and will continue to work hard over the off season as they build towards next year. The Senior Boys finished 5th in Group A. Next was the U11 Girls who played Sathorn at the Wolves Den. The girls lost 5-16 but have made big improvements after their workshop weekend and will continue to build towards their Tournament. Lastly was the Senior Girls who traveled to 107 for their make up for their game at the beginning of the year. The girls won again with a comfortable 23-13 victory. Next game they will look to wrap up second place in Group B against St Stephens.


Week 7:


Both Senior teams started the week with their first football friendlies of the year with the Girls winning 3-0 at home to Regents and the Boys falling just short in a 4-2 loss to Concordian. The U11 Girls played their final game of the TISAC season against 107 and were hoping to get a win after a narrow loss in the reverse fixture, however once against 107 snuck away with an 8-6 win. Despite this the girls will have plenty of confidence going into their tournament next weekend. Next the U13 Girls played their final game of their season with some of the U13 Girls team getting their first games of the season. The girls came out comfortable winner 18-4 and wrapped a well deserved 2nd place in Group A. The U13 Boys also played their final game of the TISAC season and finished their season with a 3 game win streak to finish 3rd in Group B. They were able to top Wells with a 24-20 win.


There was also two friendly football games for the U9 Boys and U11 Boys against Ascot. The U9 boys played a very entertaining  game and despite losing 3-2, there were plenty of positives to take from the game as all students got game time. The U11 Boys also had a great game as they were able to win 3-1 after a fantastic defensive display from Simon, Perch and Prin, a wonder goal from Tavor and a brace from David.

    • Football U13 Boys HOME to Bangkok Patana Pitch 2, 3:30pm KO
    • Football U15 Boys HOME to Bangkok PAtana Pitch 1, 3:30pm KO
  • Wednesday 7th December:
    • Football Senior Boys AWAY to Ascot, 3:30pm KO
