Primary Years programme exhibition (PYPX)

What an amazing sharing experience!

The students of Grade 5 did an outstanding job sharing their learning with the KIS community including parents, all ages of  students from the early years to  Grade 10 students and to KIS staff. The resounding comment from all was what a lot of deep knowledge the students had and how confident they were in sharing this.

Next week the students will continue the very important task of reflecting on the PYPx experience and creating goals for the future.

Book week dress up day

Literacy

As part of book week or book fortnite for Grade 5  the students will be creating stories and publishing these to be put into the library so that other year groups can read these.

Numeracy

Next week the students will be finishing off their learning on graphs and data handling before they return to Fractions, decimals and percentages after the break.

Book returns

As we will hopefully continue to be on campus for the foreseeable future we are requesting that all books especially library books be returned to school so that these can be used with other students.
